Position Overview:
Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. Duties include, but are not limited to answering incoming lines, sorting, managing and distributing mail, order and manage supplies, and greet visitors. Must have strong organizational, communication, customer service, and computer skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Greet incoming visitors and notify appropriate individuals of their arrival.
Answering of incoming calls and forwarding to the appropriate party.
General administrative duties as required by anyone in the office.
Copying and filing as needed
Requires contact with sensitive and confidential materials both inside and outside of company.
Process incoming and outgoing letters and packages from USPS, UPS, Fed. Ex, Pea Pod.
Create & modify Word processing as needed
Create & modify Excel spreadsheets as needed

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Excellent Computer skills MS office (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)
High School or GED required
Demonstrated professionalism in manner and appearance.
Prior experience of at least 6 months in an administrative support function preferred.
Corporate presentation & mature attitude
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Dedication to excellence in serving others.
Energetic, self starter
Ability to work with minimal supervision, i.e dependable
Exceptional oral and written communication skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
