Assistant Manager - previous experience in residential property management in collections/bookkeeping skills strongly preferred.
Leasing Professional - must have outstanding customer service and sales ability and strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills
Maintenance Supervisor - must have previous experience, EPA certification, and bilingual skills strongly preferred
Maintenance Technician - Provides assistance by performing general maintenance duties. Previous experience in a maintenance role and EPA strongly preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
