Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Must have ATS experience, preferably On Demand. Must have been a Recruiting Coordinator before. Must know Outlook - will be doing a lot of scheduling and handle on boarding -offer letters, reaching out to candidates, forms, etc. Workign toward becoming an automated process.
Dress code is professional
Must have strong Excel skills as they need to know how to run reports. Will pull data from the ATS and export. Will open and close reqs, as well as event planning The ideal candidate is creative and can think outside of the box. Proactive thinker. This person will be setting up swing interviews, which means when candidates come in they're going from one room to the next.
Healthcare experience is a plus and a degree is needed. Must have a strong sense of urgency and can't be afraid of the managers and execs. Strong computer skills. MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Looking for someone who gets it and can ramp up quickly. They use MS Office 2010. Will work on a laptop and flow from desk to desk on certain days. Just have to go with the flow and move at a fast pace.
Contract: X
8:30 - 5:00, no OT. Must be on site every day.
Start date: ASAP
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
