- Recruit and select students for participation in the exchange program - Coordinate all aspects of the student exchange program, including matching students with host families and schools - Provide support and guidance to students throughout their exchange experience - Organize cultural activities and events for students and host families - Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the exchange program - Monitor and evaluate the progress and well-being of participating students - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the exchange program Skills:
- Experience working with students, preferably in an educational or social work setting - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities - Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse backgrounds - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications As a Student Exchange Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing them with valuable educational and cultural experiences.
