Service BDC Manager

This position will have responsibility for all Service customer lead management and Service appointment setting processes.
They will also manage service BDC personnel and all BDC campaigns, to ensure department goals are being met.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure Service customer leads are acted upon promptly Coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards and retention Monitor and improve telephone handling and other procedures Develop and maintain the departments daily, weekly, and monthly goals Conduct weekly meetings with business development representatives, team leads and management Oversee department scheduling Qualifications include but are not limited to:
At least 1 year of related management experience required Strong communication skills to handle customers, employees, and vendors Ability to handle any escalated customer concerns Job Type:
