One of the many rewards of working at a veterinary hospital is seeing the special bond our clients have with their beloved companions! Our CSRs spend most of their shift working around the front desk.
They create the first and last impressions of our hospital and are instrumental in managing client requests and appointment flow.
This exceptionally important role requires team members to juggle phone calls, emails, text messages, and client communications while ensuring thorough, accurate documentation and invoicing.
We provide training on the basics of veterinary medicine so you can appropriately schedule doctor visits, fill medications, and educate our clients.
CSRs must possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone and in-person communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
They must have compassion for animals and their owners and understand that visits to the hospital can be stressful for both.
