You will be responsible for:
Developing and optimizing a consistent process for customers that exceeds our high expectations Leading and coaching a strong service advisor team to serve our customers and our team Courtesy Transportation vehicles and process Warranty processing and managing a clean work in process Technician Recruiting Management of team to achieve key Mazda Metrics (CSI, Video View Rate, Loaner Utilization) Service Marketing and promotions (in tandem with our BDC manager and marketing director) Reconditioning used vehicles (in tandem with our used vehicle manager) Parts availability (in tandem with parts manager) Shop efficiency, condition, and cleanliness (in tandem with our shop foreman) Your
