Our company is seeking a Community Relations Director to oversee Sales and Marketing in one of our retirement facilities.
In conjunction with the Director / Administrator, the Community Relations Director determines the market position of the apartment community and defines the marketing strategy.
Develops leads, utilizing all appropriate marketing and advertising methods Develops and maintains working relationships with key referral sources, such as CCU's, hospital discharge planners, physicians, home health agencies, Senior Centers, Health Department, etc.
Provides Director/Administrator with ongoing sales and marketing reports.
Provides input into marketing budget and helps to implement and control such budget.
