Trace Laboratories is seeking a part time Student Marketing Administrator to assist with marketing and sales initiatives and support the administrative staff. Under the guidance of the General Manager and Customer Service Representative, this position will maintain a flexible schedule built around the applicants on-going studies in Marketing, Business Administration or other degree program. Daily responsibilities will include working toward the companys goals in digital and print marketing media.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists in the creation of marketing media
o Print media,
o Give-aways
o Website copy
o Bulk mailers
o Sales campaigns
Contribute to the maintenance of our Salesforce Database
Interface with industry periodicals to find the best location to publish materials
Use Constant Contact to create bulk emails for our customers
Other requirements as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Employee must be enrolled in an AA or BS program and have completed at least one semester of coursework
Must be computer literate (working proficiency of Excel, Word Project, PowerPoing, etc.)
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to input and manipulate data in a database
Must be highly organized
Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel, crouch or craw; employee must regularly life and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
